Homes on large & wide lots are somewhat of a rarety in Scarborough neighbourhoods.  Homes on lots wider than 50 ft are attractive because of the future potential to either subdivide the lot or to build a larger home.

Homes on larger and wide lots can also be considered luxury properties, with larger homes already available.  These homes can be on a ravine or situated on estate sized lots near Lake Ontario.
